How to Calculate Shipping Cost
Click the “Add to Cart” button on the product information page for all products you want to order, and then select country on the shopping cart page.
The shipping charge estimate will be displayed.
Shipping cost is calculated on package weight and the destination.
The estimated weight includes that of the shipping container and packaging materials.

Order Processing and Shipping Date
We usually ship our items in stock within 2 to 7 business days (Mon. – Fri.).
Preorder items will be shipped within 1 – 5 business days after release date.
(Note: We usually ship Pre-Order items the same day including weekends)
You will receive an email after when your order is shipped.
We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive before a specific date.
Methods of Delivery
We offer 3 methods of delivery: EMS, Registered AIR, Registered SAL.
Customers are prompted to select a method of delivery on the check-out page.
EMS:
- Usually 5 – 14 days after shipping
- Online tracking
- Insured.
- We will send you an email with your Tracking Number when we ship your order.
EMS Photo
Registered AIR:
- Usually 10 -30 days after shipping
- Online tracking
- Insured
- Restricted to items under 2kg, Length + Width + Thickness = 90 cm.

- Usually 20 – 60 days after shipping
- Online tracking
- Insured

Taxes & Duties
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country–please contact your local customs office for further information.
We cannot mark your package as a gift, or lower the declared value.
It is strictly prohibited by international law.
To American Customers:
Please note that there are no taxes, duties or tariffs on the import of hobby products or toys into the United States. You will not pay any extra to buy from us.
To European Customers:
Many of our European customers report that packages sent by EMS are more frequently stopped at the customs and they have to pay customs charges. For this reason, many customers in Europe prefer SAL, because it is less likely for packages to be stopped if they select these shipping methods.

All of our products are Genuine Japanese toy versions,
These are NOT Chinese or Fake versions.
(Some items are manufactured in China.)

Prices
Prices are automatically linked to market prices in Japan.
Some rare items are more expensive than regular price.
Methods of Payment
We only accept Paypal and credit cards (through Paypal).
Note: If you pay by credit card, the card needs to be issued under the name of the purchaser.
Currency
We accept ONLY US Dollars.
We will charge your credit card in USD Dollars, and your card issuer will do the conversion to your local currency for you.
Cancellation
We do not accept order cancellations.
Returns
Customers who purchased on ToyJapan may return item(s) in new, unused condition within 10 days of delivery (no returns accepted after the item(s) are opened). Customers are responsible for any shipping fees as a result of returns.

Legal Actions
In case there occurs a legal dispute between Plamoya and our customers, the court(s) that governs the address at which ToyJapan is located will be the sole agreement jurisdictional court(s).
